Composition:

·         The supporting structure is made of a 120x60 mm profile with a 3 mm wall thickness.

·         Before painting, the metal surface undergoes dry shot blasting.

·         The frame coating consists of several layers that ensure resistance to impacts and weather conditions:

1.      Hot-dip galvanizing

2.      Zinc primer

3.      Powder coating

·         The paint finish has a textured surface with a fine orange-peel (shagreen) effect.

·         Handle diameter: 30 mm.

·         For safety reasons, rubber protections are applied at the base of the equipment legs to cover the protruding elements of the anchor bolts.

Installation:
Using templates or threaded rods with chemical anchors on a concrete (CLS) base.
Alternatively, support plates are available.*
